Sunrise Arlington has transitioned into a project based approach. Previously in the hub, individual teams would come up with and execute their own ideas. Now, anyone is welcome to begin a project. Once a project idea has been shared, a taskforce will be made, including the people who have expressed interest in the project. Your team or role does not effect the taskforces that you can join. Sunrise Arlington also uses repeating meetings. Both teams will have a repeating biweekly meeting time. There will be a set day of the week for these meetings, and there will be either a Branches or a Roots meeting each week. These meetings help to update teams and create places to brainstorm new projects.
